Another Broken Egg Café Joins Ed Carpenter’s Sponsors at The Indy 500

It is off to the races during Memorial Day weekend’s 2013 challenging Indy 500, for Another Broken Egg Café, the popular breakfast, lunch, and brunch restaurant which recently opened in Indianapolis at 9435 N. Carpenter won the coveted Indy 500 pole, which is the number one position on the motor speedway. Another Broken Egg Café is an award-winning restaurant which is well known and loved in the Florida Panhandle, Louisiana and beyond.  Ron Green founded the first ABE Café in 1996 on Girod Street in Old Mandeville, Louisiana. He undertook a two-year renovation of a 1908 Creole cottage, while developing his “egg-ceptional” menu and within two months, Green was breaking more than 1,400 eggs a week.

Another Broken Egg Café currently has 26 locations with more opening throughout 2013. It serves from 7 A.M. through 2 P.M. seven days a week, closing only on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The restaurant offers 114 different menu choices including six varieties of Eggs Benedict, 11 different omelettes, including a Skinny Omelette, Belgian waffles, French toast, along with savory, unique burgers, hearty sandwiches and fresh salads.
