Another Broken Egg Café Opens Two New Restaurants in Charlotte With Events to Raise Money for Six Non-Profits

By reservation only, pre-opening dining events to benefit non-profits are announced.

Double R Restaurant Group is pleased to announce two August openings of Another Broken Egg Cafe in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The first location will open August 5th in Ballantyne at 11324 North Community House Road, 28277, followed by a second location in SouthPark at 3920 Sharon Road, Suite 160, 28211, one week later on August 14th.  The public is invited to come dine at no charge as each location will host three fundraising events, with donations being accepted for the featured non-profits, each with their special date.  Donations can be made via cash, check or credit card to support each event.

Beginning Monday, July 29th, patrons must call (980) 207-4407, to make a reservation at the Ballantyne location as seating will be limited for these three fundraising pre-opening events.  Friday, August 2nd will benefit Easter Seals, http://www.easterseals.com and seating will be available from 10 AM to 1 PM; Saturday, August 3rd: Samaritan’s Feet, https://www.samaritansfeet.org, seating will be available from 9 AM to 12 PM, and Sunday, August 4th: YMCA at Morrison Branch, http://www.ymcacharlotte.org/branches/morrison/mo.aspx, seating will be available from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Beginning Monday, August 5th, patrons must call the SouthPark location at (704) 625-6489 to make a reservation as seating will be limited for these three fundraising pre-opening events. Sunday, August 11th will benefit BCC Rally, http://bccrally.org and seating will be available from 10 AM to 1 PM; Monday, August 12th: Isabella Santos Foundation, http://www.isabellasantosfoundation.com, seating will be available from 9 AM to 12 PM, and Tuesday, August 13th: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, http://www.cff.org, seating will be available from 11 AM to 2 PM.  Guests can partake in ordering from the 90 different menu choices including six varieties of Eggs Benedict, 11 different omelettes, an exceptional signature Bananas Foster over Belgian waffles, French toast or buttermilk pancakes, along with distinctive burgers and fresh salads.

“We are honored to support three remarkable, community focused non-profit organizations for our opening festivities,” announced Chief Operating Officer Stuart Ottinger.

Double R Restaurant Group is based in Lafayette, LA and is currently Another Broken Egg Cafe’s largest franchisee.  The award-winning breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant is well known and loved in the Florida Panhandle, Louisiana and beyond with 27 locations with more opening in 2013.  Furthermore, Another Broken Egg Café’s new Healthy Side menu, which includes Granola, Fruit & Quinoa, Gluten Free Friendly Jumbo Pancakes, The Skinny Omelette, Steel Cut Oats and Simply Salmon, will also be available at the Charlotte locations.

Another Broken Egg Café serves from 7 AM through 2 PM seven days a week, closing only on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
