President/CEO and Founder Ron Green is pleased to announce the international expansion plans for Another Broken Egg of America Inc. (ABEA).

This successful premium breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant currently has 27 Another Broken Egg Cafés.

“It is time for us to grow our franchise internationally, and we will be starting with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, to meet the demand for a high quality breakfast concept,” states Ron Green. “We are committed to excellence for our award-winning brand, and Another Broken Egg Café’s appealing, unique menu reflects our ongoing dedication to strive to be the best. This is one piece in an overall growth expansion plan for over 100 units in the next five years.”

ABEA has recently appointed James Walker to its Advisory Board.  In this newly created position, James will help facilitate ABEA’s entry into the international marketplace.

The GCC countries are one of Walker’s areas of expertise. He has over 25 years of broad-based, senior level, management experience in the hospitality and retail industry, and has conducted business in a wide range of global markets, including such emerging markets as Saudi Arabia and Mongolia. Walker has spent time with popular brands such as Cinnabon, Sweet Factory, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and served as the chief development officer of Fresh Brands located in Cypress, CA. There he oversaw franchise operations as well as development for a number of brands including Baja Fresh, La Salsa, and Canyons Burger Company.

Another Broken Egg Café is an award-winning restaurant which is well known and loved in the Florida Panhandle, Louisiana, and beyond.  Ron Green founded the first ABE Café in 1996 on Girod Street in Old Mandeville, Louisiana. It serves from 7 A.M. through 2 P.M. seven days a week, closing only on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
