Applebee’s Restaurants in Austin, Dallas, Houston and East Texas Set for Month-Long Promotion with a July 1 Kick-Off Party Featuring $.50 Margaritas; DollaRitas for $1 July 2 – July 31
As the saying goes: Everything is Bigger in Texas; yet in July, the price of a margarita at participating Applebee’s in The Lone Star State is about to get smaller in a big way.
Apparently crazy from the heat, Apple Texas, a franchise partner of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar with 67 restaurants in the state, is making a bold move in the casual dining segment: offering its best-selling 10 oz. Margarita for a buck for an entire month. The aptly-named DollaRita is available during all open hours in the restaurant and bar at Apple Texas-owned Applebee’s in Austin, East Texas, Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco and surrounding areas in July.
“We are in the midst of our hot Texas summer and we wanted to treat our valued guests to an unbelievable deal on our most popular margarita, which we call the ‘DollaRita,’” said Chris Dharod, Chief Operating Officer of Apple Texas, a subsidiary of SSCP Management, owned by Dallas businessman and philanthropist Sunil Dharod. “We always want to be a great neighbor in our community and this promotion will allow us to see more of our neighbors more often and we could not be more excited by that.”
All 67 Applebee’s in DFW, Houston, Austin, Waco, East Texas, and surrounding locations will offer margaritas for a dollar during July 2017 (July 2 – July 31). On July 1, Applebee’s will double down with $.50 margaritas. Guests with questions are encouraged to call their neighborhood Applebee’s for more information.
