Arizona-Based Teppanyaki Grill, EZBachi, Joins Exclusive Vendor List for Super Bowl LVIIArizona-based EZBachi, a fast-casual Japanese teppanyaki grill and food truck, has been invited to join an exclusive list of vendors for Super Bowl LVII. The event will be held in Glendale, Arizona at the State Farm Stadium on February 12th, 2023.

“We’ve done work within the State Farm Stadium for over a year. They love the unique style of our food and our flavors, ultimately leading up to us being invited to the Super Bowl,” stated Jerry Curiel, founder and owner of EZBachi. “We cook on-site, right in front of our customers. EZBachi is more of an experience than just a menu. They see us in action as we cook everything fresh, made-to-order.”

EZBachi has steadily gained traffic in the consumer market since its launch as the very first hibachi-style food truck in all of Arizona back in 2020. “We opened in August during COVID and we did so well that we sold out in the first two and half hours of opening. We’ve been taking off ever since,” stated Curiel.

The brand boasts a loyal following of social media influencers, ball players, and musicians. The viral loyalty caught the attention of one such celebrity, leading to a business deal for the brand. Luis R. Conriquez and his record label, Kartel Music, have officially become partners with EZBachi.

“As Luis and I talked on one of his visits to EZBachi, he expressed fervent interest in him and his record label owning an EZBachi food truck. We all sat down and made the deal happen. It’s all because they love the food that much,” said Curiel.

With all of the success stacking up, Curiel and the rest of the EZBachi team opted to franchise the brand in 2022 and has since launched the opportunity nationally. Franchisees gain all proprietary recipes and menu offerings, get connected with key vendors, and are supported in marketing and operations throughout their agreement. They have the option for a food truck or traditional dining model.

According to Curiel, the success of EZBachi is in large part due to its unique food and customer experience. “Everything we do is from scratch. Our teriyaki is made in house. Our meat and chicken is fresh. Our veggies are cut fresh daily. You can tell the quality and freshness when you taste it,” he said. “We have a good product and we don’t ever want to compromise. This is what got us recognized for the Super Bowl in the first place.”

EZBachi can currently be found in its food trucks at pop-up locations within the Phoenix area. There is also a location in Tuscon, Arizona and another under construction in Phoenix.
