Brother and Sister Co-Owner/Operators Project 5 More Store Openings in Their Home State
Arizona natives Tiffany Oder and Chad Burge opened their first Dickey’s location in December in Phoenix and their second in Surprise two weeks later. The siblings are on track to open a third in May and four additional locations by early next year, all in The Grand Canyon State.
“Tiffany and Chad have been successful in their openings and their continued expansion because of their dedication to both the Dickey’s brand and to their family legacy,” said Laura Rea Dickey, CEO of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. “In the same way, even with such rapid expansion, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is still a family-run operation and we are proud to have Owner/Operators that share family values.”
Chad and Tiffany’s entrepreneurial spirit runs in their family. “We wanted to follow in our parents footsteps,” explains Tiffany, who comes from a family of multi-unit franchisees. “We are excited to continue expanding with such a fun, energetic brand and bringing delicious, Texas-style barbecue to our fellow Arizonans.”
