Arlington Capital Advisors, LLC, a boutique investment bank that specializes in advising closely-held middle market businesses, announced today that its principals facilitated a growth capital investment in Tappan Street Restaurant Group, Inc. dba Taco Mac (“Taco Mac” or the “Company”) by Dallas-based CIC Partners. Arlington Capital Advisors’ principals, acting as registered securities agents of Burch & Company, Inc., were the exclusive financial advisor to Taco Mac and its shareholders on the transaction.
An Atlanta institution since 1979, Taco Mac is known for its extensive beer selection and expertise, as well as its high-quality casual dining fare including buffalo wings, burgers, southwest cuisine, salads and sandwiches. With 28 units in operation across Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee, Taco Mac is known for being one of the Southeast’s most beloved places to drink beer, watch a game, and enjoy original Buffalo-style chicken wings. With its investment from CIC Partners, Taco Mac plans to execute a calculated growth strategy outside of its existing markets.
