Burger and Kebab concept to host grand opening celebration of its third Texas location with FREE Pincho Burgers for the first 100 guests
PINCHO Burgers and Kebabs, the acclaimed Miami-born restaurant known for its innovative Latin and Mediterranean-inspired South Florida fare, will bring its signature menu and vibrant atmosphere to the Conroe-Harper’s Preserve community with the opening of its third Houston-area restaurant on Friday, Jan. 19.
The newest PINCHO is fired up and ready to roll in Conroe, one mile east of I-45 Highway 242 at 9662 Hwy 242, Suite 110, just minutes from the Woodlands Mall. The grand opening will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:45 a.m.
To celebrate, a FREE Pincho Burger awaits the first 100 guests when the doors open. Customers should get ready to sink their teeth into a juicy beef patty, American cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, fresh onion, crunchy potato sticks and the secret PINCHO sauce – all on the house. After the first 100 guests, the Pincho Burger will be just $5 all day long.
“We’re beyond excited to become an even bigger part of the flavorful and eclectic dining scene that has put H-Town on the foodie map,” said co-founder Otto Othman. “We were truly moved by our welcome from the Houston community with the successful openings of our Cypress and Memorial restaurants this past year, and we can’t wait for Conroe-Harper’s Preserve to also experience our Latin-inspired takes on American classics – which will become our guests’ new favorite obsession!”
PINCHO’s Conroe-Harper’s Preserve restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Famous for its mouthwatering burgers, kebabs (aka pinchos), fried cheese and bowls, PINCHO quickly went from an insiders’ secret obsession to a popular local hot spot. It won the hearts and tastebuds of families, foodies and industry pros – and has won accolades every year of its 13-year history. It was honored as the first Miami brand to ever win Burger Bash at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, competing against brands all over the country. It’s also a five-time winner of Burgerliscious and earned a top spot in Yelp’s Best Burger Spot in America list.

PINCHO is something uniquely Miami and — like the city of its birth — beautifully international. Founded by Otto Othman, Nedal Ahmad and Nizar Ahmad in 2010, PINCHO was inspired by Otto’s mother’s famous kebabs (aka pinchos) and a Latin take on the classic American burger. Serving a gorgeous feast of fast, flavorful fusion, PINCHO quickly expanded to 10 popular locations throughout Florida. The beloved brand has attracted families and foodies alike from all over the U.S. After an investment from Savory Fund in 2021, PINCHO is now expanding to new horizons across the country – starting with Houston, Texas in 2023.
