Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, the quick-casual fresh Mexican chain, announced the opening of its newest Baja Fresh Express in the CSU Fullerton, Titan Student Union Food Court. The new restaurant has been designed to fit within the new Baja Fresh Express prototype which encompasses Baja Fresh Express’s latest restaurant design, service and customizable menu. Customers will notice a distinctly new look with the use of natural wood, warm colors in this updated design. Additionally, the menu is designed to incorporate more customization with a build your own burrito section.
“Baja Fresh Express is unique on our CSU Fullerton campus because of the ‘Build Your Own Burrito’ choice. It is also in a high-traffic location at the Titan Student Union Food Court,” said Tony Lynch, Division Director of CSUF, ASC.
The 600 square foot Baja Fresh Express is owned and operated by CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation.
