The 67-unit brand is seeing accelerated franchise interest fueling their growth thanks to newly signed agreements, reduced franchise fees and a sleek new restaurant design concept.

In preparation for accelerated growth, Bar Louie recently unveiled a more contemporary restaurant layout and design. The brand introduced the prototype of their new design scheme at their high-traffic Nashville location earlier this year, featuring upscale-yet-approachable finishes throughout the dining room. The modern redesign was chosen specifically for the Nashville location and demonstrates the unique flexibility that can be customized to match the feel and needs of the community, providing a localized experience that customers crave and appreciate.

The first location of the multi-unit development deal is already under construction in Indiana and will serve as a cornerstone restaurant for a brand-new retail center featuring shops and hotels. Additionally, existing franchisees are taking note of the brand’s revitalized operations, as Kenny Patel, one of the brand’s longest-standing franchisees, is opening an additional location in Naperville, IL. in Q1 of 2024.
