Regardless of the model you select, Operators must successfully complete an extensive, multi-week training program prior to taking over operation of a Bumpers restaurant. Once training is complete, we (the franchisor) will provide additional courses and field support to assure the success of each and every partner or franchisee. However, prospective franchisees and partners must realize that success or failure is 100% dependent on one’s own efforts.

Royalties
At all times after Franchisee begin operation of the Franchised Restaurant, Franchisee will pay (by check or automatic transfer of funds as required by Bumpers) to Bumpers a monthly Royalty equal to 4% of Gross Sales. “Gross Sales” means the total amount of all sales for cash or on credit whether or not payment is received therefor, made in and from the Franchised Restaurant, less sales and similar taxes collected from customers and remitted to a governmental agency.
