Benihana, the nation’s leading operator of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, has announced the June Chef’s Specials, Filet Mignon & Chicken for Two, a five-course feast for only $48, and Seafood Diablo for One, five courses for just $20.
This month, take the family out for a night of delicious food and hibachi entertainment. You can share this month’s teppanyaki treat of Filet Mignon & Chicken for Two entrees, grilled before your eyes with mushrooms and sesame seeds. Or consider Benihana’s Seafood Diablo, a daring dish of sea scallops, calamari, shrimp, and assorted vegetables grilled with Japanese udon noodles in a spicy homemade sauce. Both Chef’s Specials are served with Benihana’s signature onion soup, Benihana salad, a hibachi shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, homemade dipping sauces, steamed rice and Japanese hot green tea, offering balanced and flavorful five-course meals for only $48 or $20 respectively (tax and gratuity excluded).
Complement either of the June Chef’s Specials with one of Benihana’s suggested wine pairings. The Silver Palm Cabernet Sauvignon’s aromas of deep red berries and notes of vanilla and baking spices will enrich June’s Filet Mignon & Chicken for Two. To enhance the Seafood Diablo, incorporate the sweet lime and peach flavors of the Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling. For festive seasonal cocktails, celebrate with Benihana’s limited-time specialty drinks such as the Grape Escape, Coconut Mojito, or Cucumber Collins.
The specials can be found at all Benihana restaurants in the United States with the exception of Little Rock, Las Vegas and Hawaii. The Benihana Chef’s Specials are also not available on Father’s Day.
