Adding to its inventory of successful restaurants, Blue Coast, Inc. has unveiled an elevated dining experience with its launch of Blue Coast Grill & Bar in the heart of Knoxville’s Market Square. The unique and broad menu features a cuisine robustly influenced by the West Coast with flavors otherwise exclusive to that region. Even so, the menu will feature locally and regionally sourced highest quality ingredients from neighboring vendors of reputation such as Sweetwater Valley Farms and Benton’s Smokey Mountains Country Hams and Bacon. It is part of a commitment and philosophy to use only the best. Sauces, dressings and guacamole are among the many housemade extras; meats are Certified Angus Beef, hand-cut and marinated on site. All chicken on the Blue Coast menu is natural and hormone free and a Gluten Free Menu is available to guests upon request.
Blue Coast Grill & Bar’s inspiration came from the unpretentious lifestyle and wonderful cuisine found in the Baja Region of Mexico and Southern California. These influences have been joined to a trendy edge that will no doubt appeal to Market Square patrons. The concept sports an eclectic, sleek interior with natural wood grains, subtle lighting, historic brick and stylized seating that will create a sense of arrival for the guest. Exclusive full service dining is offered upstairs, downstairs and on the patio. Both levels have a full service bar creating an energetic atmosphere whether you are meeting for drinks or lingering for a full dinner experience. A sectionalize patio has been designed to give an intimate experience for those wishing to dine outside.
“Our goal was to create a mini oasis for guests,” said CEO Bob Speck, “where a very unique environment provides the framework for a great meal served by a warm and attentive professional staff allowing guests to make the very most of their visit.”
