Local Kansas City restaurant group, Bread & Butter Concepts, was recently named by Restaurant Hospitality Magazine as one of the Top 25 Coolest Multi-Concept Companies in the nation for 2014. Companies were recognized for their repeated demonstration in how to deliver what Restaurant Hospitality says, “the cool factor,” one restaurant after another.
“It was quite the surprise to be included in that category with so many other awesome restaurant groups from across the country,” says Alan Gaylin, Founder and CEO. “I am very proud of our small company and how it has grown.”
Bread & Butter Concepts (BBC) was also recognized on Monday evening at the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association’s annual Gilbert Robinson Leadership and Awards Dinner. A few of BBC’s very own were awarded highest honors for their area industry leadership in the Kansas City restaurant community.
