Bread & Butter Concepts (BBC) announced today that the newest addition to its restaurant group is the Taco Republic Truck. The truck, a fully-functioning catering and mobile restaurant, will serve select menu items from the upcoming BBC restaurant Taco Republic, located at 500 State Line Rd, across from the original Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ. The taco truck menu items will include various kinds of street tacos, fresh salsas and guacamole and other sides.
The Taco Republic Truck is now rolling for events, weekly lunch stops, street vending and private parties.
