Every Sunday through Thursday from September 9 through September 30, BRIO Tuscan Grille locations across the U.S. are helping guests to “press life’s pause button” with the Weeknights in Tuscany 3-course menu. At only $23.95 per person, the menu, available starting at 4 p.m., allows guests to take a break from the weeknight hustle and bustle, and enjoy a savory Tuscan-style choice of soup or salad, entrée and delectable dessert. The meal can also be paired with exquisite wines for an additional price.
Guests begin their relaxing dining experience with a choice of one soup or salad: BRIO Chopped Salad, chopped greens with tomatoes, olives, onions, cucumber, Feta and red wine vinaigrette; Caesar Salad with toasted Brioche croutons; Bistecca Insalata, wedge of lettuce, Gorgonzola, bacon, Roma tomatoes and creamy Parmesan dressing; Field Greens Salad with Gorgonzola, pine nuts, Roma tomatoes and balsamic dressings; Soup of the Day; or Lobster Bisque with shrimp and a touch of sherry.
Guests can choose from a variety of delicious entrées, including the Chicken or Shrimp Pasta Fra Diavolo, Campanelle with a spicy tomato cream sauce and green onions; BRIO Crab & Shrimp Cakes, lump crab and shrimp cakes with roasted vegetables and creamy horseradish; Pasta Alla Vodka, delicate Ricotta-filled pasta purses, with pancetta, garlic, basil and a spicy tomato Parmesan cream sauce; Grilled Salmon Fresca with grilled asparagus, sweet potatoes, spinach, roasted peppers, pesto vinaigrette, Feta, diced tomatoes and balsamic glaze; Filetto Di Romano 5 oz. filet, perfectly seasoned and grilled to order with a Romano crusted tomato, mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables; or Chicken Milanese, crispy Romano chicken with herb pasta, fresh Mozzarella and housemade Pomodoro sauce.
To conclude their tasty meal, guests have a choice of one delectable Dolchino or Petite Sweet (Butterscotch Pecan Bread Pudding, Caramel Cheesecake, and Mini Brûlée.)
The Weeknights in Tuscany menu excludes beverages, alcohol, gratuity and taxes. It cannot be combined with any other reward, discount, coupon or promotion.
