Bugaboo Creek Steak House Features Special Thanksgiving Menu

Bugaboo Creek Steak House, the family-friendly steak house restaurant chain based on the culture and culinary secrets of the Bugaboo Mountains in the Canadian Rockies, is opening at noon on Thanksgiving with a special menu.

The holiday menu features three appetizers: herb stuff portabella mushrooms, crab cakes and spinach dip. Butternut cranberry soup and French onion soup will be available. Entrees include a roast turkey dinner, prime rib, bacon bleu cheese topped filet, grilled salmon and a kid’s turkey dinner. There will also be a variety of side dishes available: baked potato, Charlie’s smashed potatoes, rice pilaf, herb stuffing, broccoli and butternut squash. Dessert options are cheesecake and pumpkin pie.

“Thanksgiving is a family holiday, and as a family-friendly restaurant, we wanted to make sure we were available to our guests,” said Christopher Campbell, president and head trail guide of Bugaboo Creek. “We put together this menu as a special combination of Thanksgiving classics and our own signature dishes. It offers something for everyone.”

Originally founded in the 1990s by Edward P. “Ned” Grace III, who also founded The Capital Grille chain of upscale steak houses, Bugaboo Creek Steak House is recognized for its delicious steaks, seafood, salads and signature dishes; exceptional service and rustic mountain-lodge atmosphere featuring its one-of-a-kind animatronics show with a talking moose above the fireplace and many more animated characters.
