Attention burger lovers! The Ram Restaurant and Brewery is proud to present the 4th Annual Burgerama menu with eight new and over-the-top Burger Creations. Burgeramais Burger D’Art… The transformation of the Burger to an art form! Here’s a taste of a few…

Wrap your hands around The Ram’s Santa Fe Rodeo Burger presented on a fresh pretzel bun with southwest seasonings and topped with molten Wisconsin Pepper-jack, chipotle mayo, pico de gallo, and cilantro pesto.

Be sure to try the fire-grilled Mardi Gras Burger, finished with bourbon-butter on an onion bun with Fireball Cinnamon Whisky sour cream sauce, piled high with creamy Wisconsin Havarti, Fireball BBQ glazed shrimp and onions. This burger is Big Easier said than done!

Guests can also savor the Ramcheros Burger, seasoned with southwest flavors, topped with black beans, peppers, red onion, Chorizo, and Amber Ale Cheese sauce; served on thick toast complete with a “toad in the hole” (fried egg) and a side of salsa.

Looking for the perfect prelude to any of the Burgerama burgers or favorite Ram’s entrée? The Ram is excited to introduce the new Wisconsin White Cheddar Cheese Bites appetizer! Battered and cooked golden, these delicious cheese curds are perfect dipped in marinara sauce. Try them soon… they are only around for a limited time.

The Ram is also pleased to announce the latest additions to the drink and dessert menus. During the month of April, The Ram is featuring “From Russia with Love” themed Stoli Cocktails including 3 Martinis plus a Lemonade all made with Stoli Vanil, Stoli Peachik and Stoli Razberi.  These Original Cocktails For Original People are “Double O Great!”  Time for dessert…the newest dessert selection is the Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding Cupcake, made fresh daily and served warm with Fireball Cinnamon Whisky cream, vanilla ice cream, toasted coconut and caramel sauce!

The Ram Brewers will also be offering, again this year, their seasonal ice cold Maibock Lager available April 17th. This esteemed German Heller Style Maibock selection is full bodied with a smooth malt flavor.  It’s golden in color, with a crisp, clean finish.
