Joint Venture Makes New American Brand Frankly by Snap-O-Razzo Available for Pick-up and Delivery in New York City and with Plans for Roll-out Across the Country

Utilizing its nationwide network of digital kitchens, C3 plans to make Snap-O-Razzo accessible nationally with roll-out first planned in New York City at CITIZENS on December 13th, bringing a big taste to the Big Apple, featuring quality maple wood-smoked hot dogs beloved by Snap-O-Razzo fans everywhere. The deal enhances C3’s goal of continuing to give popular chef entrepreneurs a national presence with proprietary infrastructure, pipeline and operational expertise.
Snap-O-Razzo was founded in 2018 by ‘the Mad Scientist of Meat’ Chef Ralph Perrazzo and specializes in high quality Maple wood-smoked beef and pork hot dogs, which are custom blended with all-natural spices. Although the Snap-O-Razzo dogs can be cooked any way desired, Chef Perrazzo recommends various cooking methods for each style of hot dog to accentuate and enhance the succulent flavors of the meat based on casings, ingredients and the composition of each unique, artisanal style of dog in the product line.
Inspired by his grandmother’s Italian sausages growing up, Chef Perrazzo began making homemade Italian sausages as a teenager. During his time in the Culinary Institute of America, an obsession began of experimenting with emulsified meats, fat ratios and unique flavor profiles. He attributes the love of quality and flavors instilled to him by his grandmother alongside the nostalgic reminiscence of the New York City’s kosher delis of his childhood to be a driving force in his quest to create the perfect crispy, plump and juicy hot dog. It’s impressive to note that all of Chef Perrazzo’s sausages contain no MSG, fillers or additives and are gluten and dairy free. Starting this month, Snap-O-Razzo dogs will be available in 300 Kroger grocery stores. The deal with C3 reflects a new stage of growth and an entrance into the world of digital kitchens.
The menu for Frankly by Snap-O-Razzo, developed by Chef Perrazzo in partnership with the culinary talent at C3, offers crowd-favorite classics like Ralphie’s Favorite Dog, a Chili Cheese Dog, Chicago-ish Dog, Corn Dog and vegan friendly Pickle Corn Dog. The menu also features a “build your own dog” allowing customers to customize with their favorite base incorporating 7.5” Beef and Pork Hot Dogs, Snap-O-Razzo’s famed Jalapeno Pork Hot Dog and Kosher Styled Beef Hot Dog combined with garnish options such as neon relish, sauerkraut, Ralphie’s hot dog sauce, sliced tomatoes, sport peppers, Snap-O-Razzo cold-cured garlic and onion baby dill pickles, and Snap-O-Razzo hot dog seasoning. Tasty side offerings include the deliciously flavored chili, topped with cheddar cheese and diced onions.
