Additionally, franchise owners of five locations were named to the President’s Club for achieving the highest sales revenue in the system.

In 2015, Captain D’s showcased its seafood expertise and product innovation with the introduction of new menu items including the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia, Homestyle Fish Tenders and Creamy Shrimp Scampi. Through strategic rollouts of new products and limited-time menu promotions system-wide, the brand established an all-time system-wide AUV record, marking Captain D’s third consecutive year of AUV record growth. The second quarter of 2016 marked Captain D’s 19th consecutive quarter of system-wide growth, generating a 3.1 percent system-wide same store sales increase, along with a surge of new franchise and corporate growth. To date, 47 percent of all restaurants have been reimaged to the brands new vibrant, coastal design, with another 50 locations to be remodeled by the end of this year.
