Corner Bakery Cafe is kicking off the return of the seasonal favorite BBLT sandwich with a 10-week Facebook trivia contest where participants have the chance to win one of two bacon-loaded prizes each week.
The BBLT, which stands for bacon, bacon, local tomatoes, features six thick slices of applewood smoked bacon, locally grown tomatoes, leaf lettuce and homemade cracked pepper balsamic mayo.
The “Bring the Bacon” Facebook contest runs from July 17 to September 18, giving fans a chance to win weekly prizes. Participants who correctly answer the weekly bacon trivia question posted on Corner Bakery Cafe’s Facebook page every Wednesday at noon CST will have the opportunity to win the following prizes:
- Top Winner: One fan who submits the correct answer will be chosen at random to receive a $100 gift card.
- Winners: 10 fans who submit the correct answer will be chosen at random to receive a free BBLT.
“For many of our guests, summer is all about the return of the BBLT,” said Chief Marketing Officer Diana Hovey. “We’re excited to give them the opportunity to engage with Corner Bakery Cafe in a fun way that combines two things they love most – bacon and more bacon!”
