The store opened on November 9th, 2015 in Lincoln, NE at 2801 Pinelake Rd. This store marks the first of seven for the franchise partners Joe Armstrong, Brian Eichelberger, and Randy Mutchie, who will expand the brand through Nebraska and Kansas.

The unique fast-casual brand has experienced substantial growth over the last two years. This opening in Lincoln is the first of many out of state openings as the brand expands across the United States. While once considered a regional Dallas-based brand, new signings over the last twelve months have paved the way for Cowboy Chicken’s entry into Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
