The Monterey—a perfect blend of fresh avocado, tomato and cilantro, topped with Cowboy Chicken’s signature wood-fired rotisserie chicken, accented with Monterey Jack cheese, toasted cheese crisps and seasoned chicken cracklins, topped with zesty chili lime dressing and served over a bed of greens—anchors an appetizing lineup of farm-fresh salads. Other options include:

  • Southwest chicken salad: Black beans, corn, red onions and shredded cheese add an enticing tang to chunks of rotisserie chicken, tossed with the restaurant’s housemade Texas ranch dressing.
  • West Texas Caesar: Cowboy Chicken’s take on the classic Caesar salad features bites of rotisserie chicken and chopped romaine lettuce, tossed with toasted cheese crisps, crunchy tortilla strips and creamy Caesar dressing, topped off with homemade pico de gallo.
  • Tangy tomato & cucumber salad: Juicy tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, red onions and cilantro, tossed with a vinaigrette.

Salad dressings include Texas ranch, house, balsamic vinaigrette and chili lime. Local dressing options may also be available, depending on location.

On-the-go diners can order their salads on the new Cowboy Chicken app, available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which allows guests to order ahead, pay with their phone at checkout and earn rewards.
