Popular Fast-Casual Restaurant Announces the Opening of its newest franchise location in West Texas on December 8, 2014
Cowboy Chicken, the popular Dallas-based fast-casual wood fire rotisserie chicken concept, will open their twelfth location on December 8, 2014. The store will be located in Lubbock, Texas at 4415 S. Loop 289. This will be the first Cowboy Chicken franchise location for managing partner, Brent Shankle, and operating partner, Shannyn Taggart. The team plans to open five Cowboy Chicken restaurants in West Texas over the next few years.
The restaurant’s official open date is December 8th, but they will be hosting a “Friends and Family Night” prior to opening for the public, all proceeds from this night will go to benefiting The Children’s Home of Lubbock. A check will be presented on January 9, 2015, at the store’s ribbon cutting. The official grand opening celebration will be held on January 10, 2015, and one guest will have an opportunity to win FREE CHICKEN FOR A YEAR!
