2024 was a year for client growth. We proudly welcomed twelve new clients into the DataDelivers family, partnering with some of the most forward-thinking brands in the restaurant industry. Our Customer Management Platform helped our clients identify and market to over 20M previously unknown guests. Those marketing efforts generated over 8.4M additional visits and delivered $124M in incremental sales! We are also proud of our 89% client retention rate, proving that brands are hungry for data-driven tools and strategies that can unlock untapped potential and drive real results.
Revolutionizing with AI
One of the most exciting developments in 2024 was the introduction of our GenAI extension to the Customer Management Platform. This innovation empowers our clients to get answers to their questions quickly, uncovering valuable insights, and allowing them to make smarter decisions faster. In 2024, we launched our first-ever Restaurant Guest Engagement Report, and the response was phenomenal. This report offered restaurant leaders fresh insights into guest behavior and engagement trends of more than 65 million guests, helping operators rethink how they connect with their customers. Expanding Our Reach and Amplifying Our Voice
Last year, we continued our focus on serving the restaurant industry and using our solutions to make an impact for brands of all sizes. From growing our LinkedIn community to hosting thought-provoking polls, sharing client success stories, and participating on industry podcasts (Watch Restaurant Technology Guys Podcast) our marketing efforts reached new heights. A particular highlight was our session at FSTEC, where we explored how data can transform guest engagement. Seeing the enthusiasm and engagement in that room reinforced the importance of what we’re building. We also were honored to participate in the Prosper forum and learn from true leaders from our industry – everyone should add this to their list of “must attend” events in 2025.
