It came, it cured and now, it’s back! Denny’s is once again celebrating man’s most delicious indulgence with the next generation of its renowned “Baconalia!” menu. Featuring 12 bacon-bountiful creations to satisfy both sweet and salty cravings, Denny’s new limited-time menu is back and better-than-ever, proving once and for all that bacon, in fact, really does make it better.

No matter how you slice it, America’s obsession with the once-side dish staple has grown leaps and bounds since Denny’s Baconalia! introduction in 2011. The new menu boasts the return of cult fan and late show favorites like the Maple Bacon Sundae, and a feast of all-new, mouth-watering additions such as the BBQ Bacon Mac ‘n Cheese Bites, Caramel Bacon Stuffed French Toast and the Ultimate BLT.

“As America’s Diner, we strive to serve our guests exactly what they want, and it’s no surprise that at Denny’s, bacon leads the way at breakfast, lunch and dinner, even stealing the show at dessert,” said John Dillon , Denny’s vice president of marketing and product development. “With this being our 60th anniversary year, we felt like this was the perfect opportunity to bring back the Baconalia! menu and take it to the next level with a big celebration we hope all our guests will enjoy.”

The diner is offering plenty of indulgent options to satisfy guests’ bacon cravings; the Ultimate Bacon Breakfast, Pepper Bacon Avocado Omelette and Pepper Bacon and Eggs offer a hearty way to start the day, while the Spicy Pepper Bacon Jack Burger and Bacon Pepper Jack Tilapia add a kick to any lunch or dinner.

For a sizzlin’ finish, diners may enjoy a sweet and savory treat such as the Salted Caramel Brownie Sundae with Bacon or a Maple Bacon Milk Shake, featuring premium vanilla ice cream, maple-flavored syrup and diced bacon, all topped with whipped cream. And there’s no better way to wash down your Baconalia! feast than with a refreshing glass of Denny’s Iced Coffee, the second addition in the diner’s new line of coffee blends.

But Denny’s Baconalia! blowout doesn’t stop there: the brand is taking bacon beyond breakfast, lunch or dinner by partnering with popular comedy duo Rhett & Link and humor website FailBlog, a CheezBurger site, to produce a series of hilarious music videos demonstrating how bacon can make anything better. The comedic videos highlight the curing powers of bacon in “major fail” scenarios and will be available to watch on Failblog beginning March 25. Fans can also view the videos via Denny’s exclusive Baconalia! Hub, which offers access to all elements of the celebration including a selection of Denny’s branded FailBlog videos, “Bacon Makes It Better” photo memes and E-sympathy cards to share with unfortunate family and friends. Fans can access the Hub by scanning the QR Codes on restaurant placemats or via the Denny’s website.

What’s more, guests can even own a piece of Baconalia! history by purchasing an exclusive “Commemorative Plate” for just $24.95, a one-of-a-kind collector’s item designed in celebration of Denny’s famous culinary event. A tongue-in-cheek infomercial presenting the limited-time piece can be viewed via the Baconalia! Hub or the brand’s Facebook page and website.

“This year we’re extending our guests love of bacon far beyond the menu,” added Dillon. “Everything that we are rolling out, from the videos to the commemorative plates, highlight our nation’s love affair with bacon and its ability to make just about anything better!”

Launched nationwide, the Baconalia! menu is available all day, every day for a limited time only; the menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and late-night items.
