Dickey’s Barbecue Appoints Brian Maupin Chief Information Officer

Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. today announced Brian Maupin as the company’s first Chief Information Officer. The former AT&T executive was selected for the newly created role to lead Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. to the front of the restaurant industry through technology innovations and advanced analytical techniques.

Maupin brings 18 years of experience in data management with progressive advancements in customer service, billing, information technology, sales and marketing.  Most recently, he led data optimization strategies at AT&T.  He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas.  Maupin is responsible for providing the systems and data necessary for advanced analytics and strategic planning in support of continued growth at Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants.
