Dickey’s Barbecue Promotes Timothy Sharp

Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. has promoted Timothy Sharp to Vice President of Operations.  Sharp will now manage an operations team focused on system wide sales.

Dickey’s Barbecue added over 66 stores last year and is planning to add 100 new locations nationwide in 2012.  Sharp brings a wide range of expertise from companies such as Cracker Barrel, Chevy’s Fresh Mex and California Pizza Kitchen.  He has been with Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants since 2008 and is originally from Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit opened its first location in Dallas in 1941. Dickey’s began franchising in 1994 and has continued to grow across the country. Dickey’s currently has more than 200 locations in 36 states nationwide.
