Both bowls showcase a house made grain blend of quinoa, farrow, and brown rice. The Mediterranean Bowl combines a zesty Mediterranean sauce with the custom grain blend. The bowl is then topped with all natural grilled chicken and a vegetable mix of tomato-cucumber, tabbouleh, fresh roasted red pepper, red onion, and zucchini. The Roasted Red Pepper & Pesto Bowl consists of the same custom grain blend. It is then layered with red pepper, red onion, and zucchini and is topped with a roasted red pepper sauce and all-natural grilled chicken. The ingredients in both bowls are served over a bed of spinach for a delicious and better-for-you final touch.
