Dog Haus Kickstarts 2024 with New, Fresh Cluckin’ Bowls

Acclaimed gourmet hot dog, sausage and burger concept introduces limited-time salad items and a new El Guapo cocktail, available starting Jan. 15

Dog Haus Kickstarts 2024 with New, Fresh Cluckin’ BowlsDog Haus is starting the new year on a lighter note with the transformation of its fan-favorite Haus Chicken sandwiches, taking its fresh ingredients and turning them into wholesome and flavorful salad bowls.

Available from Monday, Jan. 15, through Thursday, Feb. 29, at all Dog Haus locations, the following first-time menu items are also customizable for any palate:

  • Bad Mutha Clucka – Two beer battered or grilled hormone- and antibiotic-free chicken tenders, pickles and miso ranch served on a bed of mixed greens.
  • The Hot Chick – Two Nashville style, beer battered or grilled hormone- and antibiotic-free chicken tenders, haus slaw, pickles and secret sauce atop a bed of mixed greens.

“We’ve always been about creative menu innovation at Dog Haus,” said Founding Partner Hagop Giragossian. “Adding more healthy options is a longstanding priority, complementing our already-diverse lineup of delicious choices. Whether it’s for a New Year’s resolution or just wanting to eat healthier, we’ve got you covered – these mouthwatering bowls are just the beginning of what Dog Haus has in store for our guests this year.”

The experts at Dog Haus suggest pairing the bowls with a Blonde Ale, an easy-drinking beer that provides a smooth and rounded taste.

Thanks to Celebrity Mixologist Phil Wills, the brand is also introducing a handsome cocktail only available at Dog Haus Biergarten locations. The El Guapo consists of tequila, dark rum, Aperol, pineapple juice and lime juice, garnished with an orange slice and cherry for an elegant look.

Dog Haus is proud to continue supporting No Kid Hungry as a national charity partner for the fifth year in a row in 2024. For every limited-time menu item sold, $1 will go to the organization working toward ending child hunger in America by ensuring that all children get the healthy food they need every day to thrive.

Dog Haus is an award-winning concept known for its gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers, plant-based and fried chicken offerings, creative full bar program and The Absolute Brands (virtual concepts). Founded by longtime friends Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz and André Vener, the first Dog Haus opened in Pasadena, California in 2010. Dog Haus was honored with Nation’s Restaurant News’ prestigious MenuMasters Award and has been named in Fast Casual’s Top 25 Movers and Shakers list for three consecutive years. Most recently, Franchise Times announced the winners of its annual Zor Awards and Dog Haus came out on top – winning the prized honor of “Top Brand to Buy.” The brand continues to garner critical acclaim for its signature all beef dogs and hand-crafted sausages with no added nitrates, and 100% Black Angus beef burgers – all of which are made with hormone- and antibiotic-free meat and served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls. With its mission to sustainably feed everyone who walks through their doors, Dog Haus also offers a diverse lineup of plant-based burger, sausage and chicken creations. As more and more diners make the brand a “haus”-hold name, Dog Haus continues to give back through its national charity partnership with No Kid Hungry, donating proceeds from its Absolute Würst Sausage Series to help feed millions of kids nationwide.
