November 16 Fund-Raiser to Benefit Culinary Scholarship for Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP)

Dos Caminos Park Ave Hosts First Meatless Monday Cooking Class with Executive Chef Ivy StarkDos Caminos is holding a special Meatless Monday cooking class and dinner with Executive Chef Ivy Stark to benefit underserved C-CAP high school students aspiring to be chefs.   Chef Ivy will explore the flavors of modern Mexican cuisine showcasing vegetables in an “Eat Your Veggies” themed event.

Attendees will see how dinner is made, enjoy a special Green Juice Margarita, and receive recipes, copy of Chef Stark’s Dos Caminos Tacos Cookbook and other giveaways. There’ll be a drawing for a chance to have an hour to get a cooking consultation with Chef Ivy and an hour with Meatless Monday’s Registered Dietitian Diana Rice.
