East Coast Wings & Grill menuEast Coast Wings & Grill was founded in 1995.  In 2000, Ballas, who believed it had potential as a family-oriented concept took sole ownership. With the intention to deliver an atmosphere where anyone, including families, could enjoy the famous East Coast Wings style buffalo wings, he quickly trimmed back the bar atmosphere, retooled the menu and created the concept as it is known today. While 75 flavors of buffalo style wings, offered in 675 combinations depending on heat intensity, remain a staple of the concept, East Coast Wings’ six-page menu also includes such causal dining fare as burgers, ribs, salads, sandwiches and more.
