Quick-serve restaurants Green Leaf’s, Bananas Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt, and South Philly Steak & Fries to be completed in early October
South Florida-based general contracting and construction management firm Eclipse Building Corp. began construction on three restaurant concepts in the food court of the eagerly awaited Tampa Premium Outlets, a 440,000-square foot, 110-store outlet mall owned by Simon Property Group. One of Simon’s largest outlet malls, Tampa Premium Outlets, is slated to open on October 29, 2015.
Eclipse Building Corporation, which has offices in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa, was hired by franchisee Raitom LLC to head the build of Green Leaf’s, Bananas Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt, and South Philly Steaks & Fries, which accounts for almost 40 percent of the outlet’s food court. The three gourmet eateries will occupy 1,320 square feet of the outlet mall’s food court and offer freshly made menu items daily. Eclipse will handle all aspects of the build-out, from concept to completion.
