Award-winning steakhouse introduces refreshing new cocktails and delectable food offerings starting mid-June
Eddie Merlot’s, the upscale contemporary American steakhouse renowned for its prime-aged beef and high-end seafood, is introducing new chef-curated cocktails and several trendy dinner menu additions to honor the finer indulgences of life.
Available now, guests can sip, savor and cheers to six new cocktails:
- Blackberry Peppercorn Smash – Served “on the Rocks,” this adventurous and sweet libation features Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Aperol, blackberry purée, fresh lemon sour, fresh mint and cracked black pepper for $16.
- French 75 – This light and bubbly drink will have people shouting “Viva la France,” when they taste the Aviation American Gin, St-Germain, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and Prosecco for $15.
- Sake Sunset – Sake goes with more than just sushi and this twist on the classic drink will bring smiles to all who taste its tropical and vibrant flavors. With Grey Goose Vodka, Midori, pineapple juice, fresh lemon sour, club soda, sake and Bordeaux Cherry, this tasty drink goes for $16.
- Blossom Spritz – Crafted with Aperol, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, Prosecco, Fever Tree Yuzu Lime, fresh orange, fresh lemon, fresh lime and garnished with an edible flower, this floral twist on a European favorite will delight one’s citrusy senses for $16.
- Negroni – This classic cocktail is made with the finest ingredients, like Plymouth Gin, Carpano Classico Sweet Vermouth, Campari and fresh orange for $16.
- Carajillo con Tequila – Need a little pick-me-up? Look no further than this classic, which mixes Carajillo con Tequila with Espolón Reposado Tequila, Licor 43, Cold Brew Espresso, fresh orange and chocolate dust, all for $16.
Eddie Merlot’s will also debut four new menu items across all locations, intended primarily to create delectable special dining experiences and create unforgettable indulgent memories. These trendy and decadent menu items include:
- Royal Ostrea Caviar – For those with a taste for finer things, guests can add to any side or topping, 30 grams of Royal Ostrea Caviar for $85.
- Thomas Farms Australian Rack of Lamb – A succulent cut of lamb seasoned with Roasted Garlic for $59.
- Faroe Island Salmon – Delight in the rich, buttery flavor and firm texture of this premium salmon sourced from the pristine waters and fjords of the Faroe Islands for $37.
