Award-winning steakhouse brings back familiar seasonal favorites along with new chef creations featuring in-season flavors for a limited time
Eddie Merlot’s, the upscale contemporary American steakhouse renowned for its prime-aged beef and fresh seafood, is announcing its specialty Summertime Grill menu for guests to enjoy beginning Tuesday, May 28.
The seasonally inspired menu featuring bright ingredients harvested at peak freshness for the summer season is comprised of an array of dishes, including smoky grilled prime-aged beef and seafood, zesty salads and charred street corn:
Escargot Bourguignonne — Six White wine-marinated French Escargot baked with garlic butter and gorgonzola cheese.
Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad — Fresh arcadian mix with strawberry, red onions, goat cheese light balsamic vinaigrette
Filet Mignon & Citrus Shrimp Scampi — Chargrilled Filet, Sauteed Jumbo Shrimp, Patron Silver Tequila Lime, Cilantro, Butter
Pan-roasted Salmon with Crispy Lobster Risotto Cake — Passion fruit butter sauce, grilled asparagus
North Atlantic Whole Lobster — 8 oz Lobster Tail, Lobster Claws , Crispy Spinach and Drawn Butter.
Grill-Fired Ribeye — a succulent 16 oz Cajun Marinated Grill-Fired Ribeye, bursting with bold flavors and tantalizing spices.
Charred Summer Street Corn — Charred sweet corn off the cobb, chili aioli, cilantro, lime juice and Cotija cheese
