The Blueberry Cobbler Pancakes are a fusion of a classic blueberry cobbler and Eggs Up Grill’s famous buttermilk pancakes. The fluffy, golden-brown pancakes have fresh blueberries and a crispy pie crumble griddled into the batter. They are topped with more berries and a dollop of sweet, whipped cream. For guests wanting a chocolatey treat, the Chocolate Praline Pancakes are sure to please. Milk chocolate morsels and candied praline pecans fill every bite of the buttermilk pancakes. It’s all topped off with a caramel drizzle. Guests can add a new Blueberry Mimosa to round out their meal. The sparkling wine and hint of blueberry combine for a perfect drink. It’s available by the glass or as a carafe.
