The delicious tostadas start with El Pollo Loco’s signature tostada shells crisped to golden perfection and are filled with its famous citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken and other flavorful ingredients. The new tostadas are available for a limited time only at all El Pollo Loco locations.
“Tostadas have always resonated well with our customers and we are excited to offer four great tasting new options for a limited time,” said Ed Valle, Chief Marketing Officer at El Pollo Loco. “The fresh new items combine delicious and contrasting ingredients from warm fire-grilled chicken to savory beans, sweet pineapple, grilled fajita vegetables, mango and serrano peppers, all perfectly crafted inside a crispy tostada shell. The new tostadas include the following:
- Chicken & Shrimp Fajita: Citrus-marinated grilled chicken, Baja shrimp, fajita vegetables, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, rice, pinto beans
- Pineapple Salsa Chicken: Citrus-marinated grilled chicken, avocado, pineapple salsa, rice, pinto beans, lettuce, cotija, serrano pepper
- Mango Double Chicken: Double portion of citrus-marinated grilled chicken, mango salsa, rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, serrano pepper
- Chicken Santa Fe: Citrus-marinated grilled chicken, avocado, corn, rice, pinto beans, lettuce, poblano cream, cotija, pico de gallo
