The hibachi-style restaurant is planning to have the new locations operational by the end of the year.
Fast-casual Japanese teppanyaki grill EZBachi has just announced three new franchises sold, plus one new corporate-owned location which will feature the first-ever Hibachi drive-thru.
“Our team has worked hard over the past few months, vetting potential franchisees, seeking out the best-of-the-best to represent the EZBachi brand, and finding the best site for our new hibachi drive-thru,” said Jerry Curiel, owner and founder of the restaurant. “I’m excited to have connected with each and every one of our new franchise owners and am thrilled to get our delicious food into the hands of more people.”
The very first franchise was sold for Arizona with a second coming in on its heels for San Antonio, Texas this month. The third franchise of the brand will be coming soon to El Paso, Texas. Finally, Phoenix will be home to the very first of its kind habachi drive thru.
The brand first launched in 2020 as Arizona’s very first hibachi food truck. From there, EZBachi grew quickly in popularity, eventually landing a spot on the exclusive vendor list for the Super Bowl LVII this year.
EZBachi continues to accept applications for new franchise partners. Franchise owners get several perks such as vendor connections, marketing tools, and ongoing support. All proprietary recipes, including the brand’s famous house made sauces, come with each franchise agreement.
“We’re already seeing strong traction since we launched our franchise opportunity last year, so my hope is that potential franchise buyers will recognize that we have something incredibly unique and want to help us share it with everyone,” stated Curiel.
