Sankranti, a quickly growing Atlanta-based fast-casual franchise known for its suite of mouthwatering Indian fare, is sharing aggressive expansion plans for 2023, including the announcement of new franchises coming to North Carolina and Florida in the coming months.

Sankranti was founded by Srinivasa “Nimms” Nimmagadda.The restaurant first opened its fast- casual model in Dunwoody, Georgia in 2020. It is preceded by an exquisite fine dining and banquet hall of the same name located in Johns Creek, Georgia. Working with Atlanta-based franchise consultation agency, Franchise Marketing Systems, Sankranti launched its fast-casual franchise in 2019 and has seen interest throughout the Southeast.
Amongst the latest growth for the brand is a freshly launched location within Emory Village in Metro Atlanta which just opened this month.
