Phoenix, AZ – Artichoke Basille’s Pizza
Artichoke Basille’s Pizza, the nation’s largest and fastest-growing New York-style pizza concept, is expanding its stake in the Arizona market with a second Phoenix store, bringing the state’s footprint to three locations. The newest restaurant will be located at 21001 North Tatum Blvd, Suite 40-1365 in the Desert Ridge Marketplace, situated next door to the highly-trafficked Copper Blues Live comedy and music venue. The restaurant is slated to open its doors in late summer and will join a robust mix of popular entertainment establishments, premier retail stores, and other dining establishments such as Islands and Yard House.
Arlington, VA – Silver Diner
The new Silver Diner in Ballston is planning to open its doors this June, a company spokesperson tells ARLnow. Signs and stickers advertising the regional chain’s summer opening are now on the windows of 750 N. Glebe Road, near the intersection with Wilson Blvd.
San Jose, CA – Burma Choice
If you’re looking for Burmese food in San Jose, consider giving Burma Choice a visit. The new restaurant recently applied for its beer and wine license at 864 Blossom Hill Road in the Santa Teresa Main Street Shopping Center. It will take over the former Masa Noodle Bar space next to Pizza My Heart.
Ballwin, MO – Chirco’s Pizza
Chesterfield pizza lovers will have something to celebrate when Vito Chirco’s new pizza concept, Chirco’s Pizza, opens at 14870 Clayton Road later this spring, as reported St. Louis Magazine. “It felt right. It was right in front of the old restaurant [Chirco’s Italian Restaurant],” Chirco explained. “It was previously Mario’s Pizza at that location, and then Pi 2 Go, which ran there for a few years.” He added that at 1,000 square feet, it’s strictly a carryout location.
Stafford, TX – Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is opening a location in Stafford, and the company said on Monday that it is planning to hire more than 200 people to staff its new restaurant there. The Rocky Mountains-inspired restaurant opening in June will offer wages up to $20 for culinary positions and up to $13, plus tips, for hospitality roles, a news release said.
Johnson City, TN – Juan Siao
The Stir Fry Group’s newest endeavor, Juan Siao, is set to open on Tipton Street in downtown Johnson City in May with its Asian-Latin-infused menu.
