The new location is the second First Watch restaurant in North Carolina
Award-winning First Watch, the nation’s leading Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch concept, will open the doors to its newest location in Raleigh’s Triangle Town Center at 6320 Capital Blvd. on Monday. The opening comes just six months after the first Raleigh First Watch opening on Glenwood Avenue.
The new First Watch is the second of five planned locations in the Raleigh-Durham market as part of a franchise agreement with VIM Holdings. The president and founder of the franchise group, Robert Frame, has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, having held executive positions with both LongHorn Steakhouse and Waffle House. Before joining First Watch, he was COO of Apple Gold, an Applebee’s franchise with more than 130 locations in 6 states and headquartered in Raleigh.
“The support from the people in my home market of Raleigh in the six months since we opened the first location has been incredible,” said Frame. “We definitely saw a gap in the breakfast and lunch market here that needed to be filled, and First Watch has proven to be the perfect fit.”
The new location also brings First Watch’s new restaurant design, which creates an atmosphere that combines the high energy of city life with comfortable farm elements that highlight our fresh approach to food that’s sure to make every guest feel at home.
“Raleigh is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country right now, which is why we’re thrilled to be opening our second North Carolina First Watch with our fresh design in this booming area,” said Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We’ve gotten great feedback about our Glenwood Avenue location, so it’s time to bring First Watch’s one-of-a-kind approach to breakfast, brunch and lunch to another Raleigh restaurant.”
The new First Watch will bring the company’s fresh approach to Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch to Northeast Raleigh with healthy, flavorful favorites like cage-free eggs, house-made granola and salsa, house-roasted vegetables and 100% fresh-squeezed orange juice. The restaurant will also serve its exclusive Sunrise Select Premium Blend Coffee, which is made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown coffee beans from mountains across North, Central and South America. The new Raleigh First Watch will also serve options from its Fresh Juice Bar, including Day Glow and Kale Tonic freshly juiced in-house daily from only the finest fruits and vegetables.
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
