The mobile app is now available in iTunes and Google Play stores
Award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant First Watch announced today that it has launched a mobile app, which now allows customers the ability to add their names to the wait list remotely, among other interactive features. The First Watch app is free and available on iTunes and Google Play.
With the restaurant’s new mobile app, customers are able to:
- Check wait times at their local First Watch and join the waitlist remotely,
- Browse First Watch’s breakfast, brunch and lunch menu,
- Calculate nutritional information for traditional and custom menu options,
- Search for nearby locations,
- Play engaging games,
- Purchase gift cards,
- Sign up for the Sun eClub
Not only does the new app allow users to search for local First Watch restaurants, it allows them to compare wait times within a 30-mile radius and add their names remotely to First Watch’s real-time interactive seating list – Perhaps the app’s most significant feature.
“At First Watch, we’re constantly working to improve the customer experience while maintaining a focus on quality, measured growth and relevance in the marketplace. Integrating this waitlist technology into First Watch’s day-to-day operations means allowing our guests to get in line on a busy day while they’re sitting on their couches, at a stoplight or shopping at the mall next door,” said Chris Tomasso, president of First Watch. “Our developers are working on additional helpful features beyond the waitlist technology, and we are eager to share those further developments with First Watch fans in the future.”
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and offers customers complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
