Colorado foodies and breakfast lovers have reason to celebrate with the announcement that First Watch, The Daytime Café will bring its unique Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch concept to Denver and Colorado Springs later this year as part of a multi-unit development agreement with Fresh Start Colorado, LLC.
The first Colorado First Watch restaurant is expected to open later this year in Denver.

Fresh Start Colorado, LLC is made up of Rich Boyle, a 30+ year multi-unit restaurant developer and prominent local real estate developer Bill Schuck.
