Daytime Café offers three new limited time menu items for a fresh start to spring
First Watch, the award-winning Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch restaurant, today unveiled three new seasonal menu offerings rolling out this week at restaurants nation-wide. These limited time dishes will be available through Sunday, May 11, and boast inspirational fresh flavors and highlight seasonal fruits like strawberries, the first fruit to ripen in the spring.
“Our springtime offerings add exciting, fresh flavors to our menu,” said Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We take pride in providing fresh, seasonal items and showcasing our culinary creativity each new season. The spring menu is no exception with its three delicious dishes.”
In addition to all the traditional First Watch favorites, guests will find the following seasonal items at their local First Watch for a limited time:
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes
Fresh ricotta cheese added to First Watch’s signature multigrain pancakes. Served as a “mid stack” of two pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, creamy lemon curd and fresh mint.
AB&J Waffle
A twist on a favorite. A light, airy Belgian waffle topped with warm, creamy almond butter, strawberry sauce, fresh strawberries and our crunchy, housemade granola.
Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata
A classic frittata with smoked salmon, house-roasted shallots and tomatoes topped with Parmesan cheese, a chive cream drizzle and fresh herbs. Served with dressed greens and a toasted ciabatta crisp.
First Watch’s fresh seasonal offerings are available in all restaurants through Sunday, May 11, 2014.
First Watch is currently the largest daytime-only restaurant concept in the U.S. with more than 115 locations and continues to grow with additional units under development throughout 2014.
