Award-winning Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch restaurant First Watch, today announced plans to open its eighth restaurant in the Cincinnati-area in the summer of 2014. The restaurant will employ approximately 25 people.
The new 3,500-square-foot restaurant, along with TGI Friday’s and Potbelly’s, will be located in a to-be-developed extension of the Northgate Mall near the Colerain Avenue and Springdale Road intersection. First Watch joins Kabuto, LongHorn Steakhouse and Cheddar’s in the newly developed center.
First Watch was recently voted “Best Breakfast” and “Best Sunday Brunch” by Cincinnati City Beat and “Best of the North” in Cincinnati Magazine.
“First Watch has been serving great Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch to Cincinnatians since we opened our first restaurant here in 1991,” said Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We look forward to expanding our presence in this market and opening our doors to even more foodies in the community this coming summer.”
A recipient of more than 200 “Best Of” accolades in markets across the country, the restaurant features traditional favorites including pancakes, omelets, salads and sandwiches, as well as signature specialties such as the Chickichanga, Healthy Turkey Omelet and Fresh Fruit Crepes. All menu items are freshly prepared to order and the restaurant does not use deep fryers or heat lamps.
In addition to serving unique and fresh entrées, First Watch offers its exclusive Sunrise Select Premium Blend Coffee. The special blend is made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown Panamanian, Colombian and Mexican coffee beans.
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
