The Baton Rouge-based pizzeria known for its good food, good vibes and no bullsh*t is bringing its new concept to 9250 North Dallas Pkwy. Ste. 130, in front of the Toyota Stadium in Frisco. Construction commenced in July and the new restaurant is set to open in late September.

“We are really excited to introduce our new prototype to Texas and the DFW area,” Owner Brian McGuire said. “Frisco is a booming area and we knew it was the best spot for the first Craft & Crust in Texas. We can’t wait to share this new concept with everyone, I have no doubt that fans and newcomers alike are going to love it.”

This will be the fourth Craft & Crust system-wide. Rotolo’s projects to fill 30 positions in the months ahead.

The new menu will feature options like the Chicago Style Deep Dish and the 13-inch Stone Crafted Pizzas cooked at 600 degrees in an Italian stone deck oven. Several of these new pizzas have won international awards. The Figgy Piggy – pulled mozzarella, fig spread, prosciutto, gorgonzola, shaved asiago, oil and balsamic reduction – recently took home the gold medal during the Food Network’s “Pi Champions Challenge.” The menu also includes a variety of salads, hot and cold sandwiches, Italian entrées and Rotolo’s famous calzones to satisfy all palettes.

Rotolo’s talented chefs make dough from scratch, fresh daily at each location. They also take the time to craft their own sauces and hand cut fresh veggies. That’s why every pizza, pasta, salad, sandwich, soup and calzone served is bursting with authentic flavor. Rotolo’s food is so good, that they took home gold at the World Pizza Games in 2016 and 2018.
