Jay Bandy, President of Goliath Consulting Group, says that restaurants often need help in specific areas, and that’s where a restaurant consultant can help.
“Restaurants are dynamic, with so many moving parts,” says Jay. “Just one or two neglected areas of the business can represent significant lost revenue, and operators sometimes don’t have the resources to deal with everything. We find that by addressing these pain points, restaurants can experience an immediate increase in profitability.”
As a Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA) Partner, Goliath Consulting enjoys a seven-year track record of creating client success among local, regional and multi-unit national restaurant chains. Company President Jay Bandy supports the industry in Georgia, through his role as board member of the GRA.
Goliath Consulting Group offers a dynamic array of business development solutions, tailored to meet the needs of each individual client – in addition to a full suite of knowledge and tools that help make restaurants more profitable, including strategic planning, development, marketing, franchising, equipment, evaluations, outsourcing, and more.
