Grateful Bread Honors Local Veterans with a 25% Discount on Saturday Nov. 12th, Plus an Ongoing 15% Discount every SaturdayHusband and wife team Jeff Cleary and Kathy Mullen, owners of Grateful Bread Company in Golden, will celebrate and recognize the service of America’s veterans. In order to show their thanks, they are offering a 25% discount on all of their handmade artisan breads, pastries, pretzels and freshly milled grits and whole grain flours on Saturday Nov. 12 to all veterans and active military. And since they would like to express their thanks not only on Veterans Day but all year long, after Nov.12th Grateful Bread will be offering an ongoing 15% discount every Saturday to all military personnel.

“My father served in the Navy reserves and then in the Army during the Korean War, so honoring the service of our veterans is something that is very important to us,” says Grateful Bread co-owner Kathy Mullen. “This is our small way of saying ‘thank you’ to those who have fought to preserve the freedoms we all enjoy and to those who continue to sacrifice so much for our country every day.”
