Three of the Jacksonville staple’s employees recognized for outstanding customer service
Grumpy’s Restaurant, an award-winning full-service Americana breakfast, lunch and brunch diner, is excited to announce that three of the brand’s employees were recognized for their commitment to excellent customer service with the ROSE Award.
Margie Murphy and Colton Ferrin of the Orange Park location and Sara Vellese from the Neptune Beach location were selected by the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA) for the Northeast Chapter for the Services Excellence (ROSE) Award. These dedicated members of the Grumpy’s family go above and beyond to provide stellar guest support to make sure that each customer is getting an incredible experience, leaving them excited to come back.
