HomeTown Buffet Presents Donation to the San Diego Branch of the Armed Services YMCA

Anthony Wedo (left), CEO of HomeTown Buffet, recently presented a $5,000 donation to Tim Ney (right), Executive Director of the Armed Services YMCA of San Diego. The funds are dedicated to the ASYMCA “Moms and Tots” program – a weekly program that provides families of active military an opportunity to connect and cope with the hardships of having loved ones deployed for service. The donation was presented at a special session of the “Moms & Tots” program hosted at the Mira Mesa HomeTown Buffet. The event preceded a market-wide grand re-opening for HomeTown Buffet that occurred later that week, where all 10 San Diego area restaurants celebrated their new look, menu items and service format.
